None of the three has a filing in the past seven days that explains the rise. The filings that do exist for Unikem and Frombio are described below.
Unikem rose on a U.S. acquisition report read as a robotics move (no filing on the deal)

Unikem rose 28.57% on news that it would acquire Lumia Technologies, a U.S. flexible-electronics company, which was read as a step into robotics. Electronic Times reported the stock at the 30% daily limit (상한가) as of 10:59 a.m., and it was still at the limit (6,370 won) at 1:30 p.m. before easing to 6,300 won at the close. It is up 49.1% from five sessions earlier (Oct 6), on 8.2 billion won of trading.
The reports disagree on the deal's status. Consumer Times wrote that a 'definitive agreement was signed,' while Vegan News wrote the same day that a 'contract is being pursued.' Electronic Times called it 'expectations.' On DART (Korea's official disclosure system), the only filings in the past seven days are an Oct 13 notice of a shareholders' meeting and a corrected proxy-solicitation document, neither of which appears from its title to concern the acquisition. The price has not been reported, so the deal cannot be sized against the 63.1 billion won market capitalization. The core business is leather fabric manufacturing.
Whether this holds depends on whether the company itself discloses the agreement, and how large the price is against that 63.1 billion won market value. Because reports split between 'signed' and 'pursuing,' the wording of any filing is the first thing to check.
Frombio rose on a report that its owner is seeking to sell control (no company statement)

Frombio rose 29.96% to 2,455 won after Chosun Biz reported exclusively this morning that the company is pursuing a sale of management control. According to the report's summary, falling health-supplement sales have halved its market value and led to a designation as an administrative issue; the company is pursuing a turnaround including a change of control, headcount cuts and the sale of idle assets. The headline also says the 'hair-loss drug turnaround did not work,' so the article reads more as an account of distress than good news.
The company has filed nothing on it. The only filing in the past seven days is a Oct 7 market notice from the KOSDAQ market division, which appears from its title to be unrelated to a sale. The stock fell from 2,835 won on Sept 4 to 1,888 won on Oct 2 and is still 13.4% below the Sept 4 level after today's jump. Trading value was 5.2 billion won and market capitalization 13.9 billion won. Korea Economic Daily also ran a video from the company's supplement advertising campaign the same day, which does not appear directly tied to the move.
The key is whether a reported sale becomes an actual contract. Look first at whether the company confirms or denies the sale effort in a filing; even if confirmed, it stays an expectation until terms are known.
Cheonil Express rose as hopes for the Seoul Express Bus Terminal redevelopment returned (no filing)

Cheonil Express rose 29.78% to 224,000 won as hopes for a mixed-use redevelopment of Seoul Express Bus Terminal came back into focus. News1 and Financial News reported Dongyang Express and Cheonil Express rising together, and Vegan News said Dongyang Express was up about 24%. Namdo Ilbo's headline pointed to Cheonil's 16.67% stake in the terminal. Cheonil Express has filed nothing in the past seven days.
The stock has been volatile. It rose 29.99% on Oct 7 and 22.57% on Oct 8, fell 3.17% on Oct 12, and dropped 19.35% on Oct 13, the day the KOSPI fell 5.46%. Today's 29.78% gain leaves it 4.7% above the Oct 12 close and 61.5% above the Oct 6 close. When Namdo Ilbo reported at 11:31 a.m., it was up 14.94%, and the gain doubled by the close. Trading value was 20.4 billion won and market capitalization 320.1 billion won. According to News1, Dongyang Express has been designated an investment-warning stock after its swings.
No headline shows the redevelopment has been formally confirmed. An official announcement from Seoul or the project's backers, or a company filing, would separate expectation from substance. Also worth watching are whether trading value stays around 20 billion won the next day and whether it keeps moving in step with Dongyang Express.
